This policy covers how The Glamis Consultancy collects, uses, discloses, transfers and stores your data. Our aim is to provide business consultancy services to our clients.

2. What Personal Information Does The Glamis Consultancy Collect?

We do not collect personal information other than email addresses and telephone numbers provided with consent for the purposes of maintaining contact with clients and consultees.

We retain your contact details only for the duration of the commission. We may, with your agreement, retain your contact details for future one to one contact but we never add your contact details to a mailing list

You will need to include an email address if you want us to reply to you. We will only use any personal information provided to contact you on a one to one basis and will not share it with other organisations.

3.3. Give Us Feedback (When We Ask You)

We may ask you for feedback on our services. By giving us your contact details, you consent to us processing it. We will store it securely for a maximum of 14 months. We may share this data with a research agency who conduct the research on our behalf and who will destroy the personal data when the research is complete.

When you use a social media platform to engage with us, details about how your personal information are held is described within the relevant social media policy, such as Facebook or Twitter.

We do not collect caller line identification information when you call us. We will only collect personal information that you consent to provide to us in order to deliver a service. We may retain your telephone number until such times as you ask
us to remove it.

When you contact us via email, we will we will retain your email address for as long as the business issue remains. We will not retain your email address until you give consent for us to do so.

5.3. When You Write To Us

When you contact us via post, we will retain your letter/postal address/personal information and our response to it for as long as the business issue remains. After this, the information will be confidentially destroyed.

5.4. When You Contact Us via Our Website

We will retain your contact details until such times as the business issue remains. After this, the information will be confidentially destroyed.

5.5. When We Meet In Person

We will retain your contact details until such times as the business issue remains. After this, the information will be confidentially destroyed.

5.6. When You Sign Up To Our Newsletter or Email Briefings

We will retain your contact email address on our distribution database until such times as you ask us to remove it.

5.7. When You Provide Feedback or Make a Complaint

If you want to provide feedback or make a complaint, you can do so anonymously, or provide personal data so we can respond to you. We will retain your contact details until such times as the response to the complaint is satisfactory.
If you do provide personal data, we will request your full name and address. We will only use the personal information we collect to process the complaint and to check on the level of service we provide.

6. When We Contact You

We may email or telephone you regarding a contract or service or in response to a request, you have made. Your contact data will be stored for the purpose and time required to fulfil this.

We do not retain consumer databases however for research purposes, we may have your contact details temporarily assigned to us in order to carry out research on behalf of a client. In that event, the contact details will be used only for the authorised research purposes and confidentially destroyed once the research has been undertaken. We will not reassign your contact details to any other parties

Individuals can find out if we hold any personal information by making a 'right of access' request under the General Data Protection Regulations. If we do hold information about you we will:
